Sud číslo 156 držal biele portské z roku 1968 a desaťročia sa sledovalo, ako sa v ňom víno vyvíja. Spomedzi sudov toho ročníka vybrali nakoniec práve jeho, lebo dozrel do profilu, ktorý ostatné nedosiahli.
Colheita z jediného ročníka
Biela Colheita musí v dreve zrieť najmenej sedem rokov a plní sa podľa potreby, takže v sude môže stráviť aj oveľa dlhšie; rok fľašovania nájdete na zadnej etikete. Rok 1968 poznačil výdatný dážď krátko pred oberačkou a mušty boli menej koncentrované, vínam, ktoré dostali čas v sude, to však neuškodilo.

Šesťdesiat gramov na liter znie veľa, pri portskom je to však spodná hranica. Sladkosť z pohára nezmizne, ale kyselina je tu taká výrazná, že víno pôsobí naozaj sucho.
