Staré vinice nad riekou v Doure stoja na bridlicových pôdach, časť z nich na terasách, časť v tradičných starých parcelách. Vinič má tridsať až štyridsať rokov.
Tri dni na šupkách
Mušt fermentuje tri až štyri dni na šupkách a pravidelne sa prečerpáva, aby z nich naberal farbu aj arómy. Potom sa šupky oddelia a kvasenie sa zastaví vínnym destilátom, čím vínu ostane zvyškový cukor z hrozna.
Zmes s priemerným vekom päť rokov
Do fľaše nejde jediný ročník. Vinár skladá zmes z vín, ktorých priemerný vek je päť rokov, takže výsledok si drží mladé ovocie, ale je zaoblenejší než najmladšie ruby.

It has a fresh aroma, with black fruits such as blackberry. With hints of peppermint and eucalyptus.
Taste
In the mouth it has soft tannins that give it structure and a young flavor that confirms the intense presence of blackberry notes and the freshness of peppermint. Overall it is long and has a very balanced acidity.
Podávanie
Soft cheeses, matured cheeses, chocolate desserts and red fruits. It also goes well with strong meats and roasts.
