Základ pre porto tonic
Na letný stôl si k nemu pridáte ľad, tonik, plátok limetky a máte drink. Samotné poriadne vychladené k slaným chuťovkám alebo k ovocnému šalátu.
Ružové portské vzniká z troch klasických odrôd Doura a nikdy nevidí drevo. Mušt ostane krátko na šupkách, len aby z nich prevzal ružový odtieň, a potom fermentuje v nerezovej nádrži.
Polovičná fľaša
Päťstomililitrové balenie sa hodí na večer vo dvojici alebo na jeden pohár navyše, keď nechcete otvárať veľkú fľašu. Ružové portské sa aj tak pije mladé a čerstvé, takže sa oplatí kúpiť menej a častejšie.
Do pohára aj do kokteilu
Podávajte ho poriadne vychladené hneď po otvorení, dozrievať vo fľaši nepotrebuje. Cez ľad, s tonikom a plátkom limetky, je z neho porto tonic.

Founded in 1996, Barão de Vilar is one of the newest Port Wine companies. It's owned by van Zellers, a family with rich history in winemaking, dating back to the 17th century. The company’s institutional name recovers a noble title granted by the Queen of Portugal D. Maria II to Cristiano Nicolau Kopke, the 1st Baron of Vilar, back in 1836, which remains in the family’s rightful possession to this day.
This renowned wine cellar offers a fascinating selection of fine Ports and elegant Douro wines. With dedication to traditional craftsmanship, the grapes are carefully selected and processed to create wines of remarkable complexity and character.
