Vynikajúca aromatická paleta s tónmi mandlí, vlašských orechov, fíg, sušeného ovocia, ríbezlí a kandizovaného pomaranča. Neskôr sa vo vôni rozvíjajú pražené, drevité a terpentínové tóny.
Taste
V ústach vykazuje rovnaký druh komplexnosti s hlbokou, bohatou a koncentrovanou štruktúrou, ktorú podčiarkuje nádherná kyslosť. Rozvíja sa s veľkou energiou a integritou až k mimoriadne dlhému záveru, ktorý na podnebí zanecháva veľmi elegantné chute rancia.
Food pairing
Pripravené na pitie, krásne sa hodí k homárovi v omáčke, langustovému rizotu, rybe v šafrane alebo čerstvému syru z kozieho mlieka či syru Comté.

The Quinta da Corte is an exclusive small winery that produces very high quality port wines in small quantities.
The vineyards are located in Cima Corgo, covering 24 hectares in the center of the Douro Valley. Their plots, planted mainly on leveled terraces, contain a fine variety of old vines. As a high mountain wine-growing region, the central location in the valley ensures a relatively balanced climate.
Today, Quinta da Corte produces Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), Vintage Port wines and Tawnys, all of which are of excellent quality and impress with their fine and complex taste.
