Staré parcely usadlosti v Doure sú pôvodom hrozna pre toto portské. LBV je skratka pre neskoro fľašované ročníkové portské, ktoré na rozdiel od klasického Vintage ide do fľaše až po štyroch až šiestich rokoch v dreve.
Hrozno sa šliape nohami
Mušt fermentuje v lagares, plytkých otvorených kadiach, v ktorých sa hrozno šliape nohami. Potom víno prechádza do tonéis, veľkých drevených kadí, kde dozrieva až do fľašovania.
Ročník 2015
Teplá a suchá jar s vlnami tepla posunula vývoj viniča mierne dopredu, takže zber sa začal už v septembri.

Quinta da Côrte
The Quinta da Corte is an exclusive small winery that produces very high quality port wines in small quantities.
The vineyards are located in Cima Corgo, covering 24 hectares in the center of the Douro Valley. Their plots, planted mainly on leveled terraces, contain a fine variety of old vines. As a high mountain wine-growing region, the central location in the valley ensures a relatively balanced climate.
Today, Quinta da Corte produces Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), Vintage Port wines and Tawnys, all of which are of excellent quality and impress with their fine and complex taste.
