Complex nose reminiscent of dried vegetable (like hay), dried green fig, crystallized citrine and notes of cedar.
Taste
Acidity, astringency and bitterness typical of the Sercial grape variety. Concentrated wine, with balanced sweetness and high acidity. Long, salty finish that makes you salivate. Super fresh, super vibrant.
Food pairing
Doesn't require decanting, but benefits from aeration before serving. Excellent with dried fruit, cigars, or on its own.

Frasqueira[ fraškejra], ktorá v nose pripomína tóny marakuje, čierneho čaju a jemnú jódovitosť. Chuť je hladká, zaoblená. Jemnosť chute sa koncentruje v strede úst. K tejto fľaši nám zostáva len doladiť správnu cigaru a nechať v pozadí hrať jazz či blues.
Justino’s Madeira Wines was formed in 1953, although it had been present as a private family company in Madeira since 1870. As one of the oldest producers of Madeira Wine, and thanks to the balance between tradition and innovation, this brand shows all the diversity a Madeira wine can offer.
Today, Justino’s holds one of the largest stocks of Madeira wine on the island, including high quality wines aged in oak casks. Their portfolio includes a wide range from young Madeira wines, produced from the Tinta Negra variety, to vintage frasqueira Madeira wines.
