It can be served slightly chilled at 10°C–12°C with foie gras, as well as with rich, intense cheeses, or with coffee or chocolate. It pairs excellently with desserts made with chocolate, dried fruit, and caramel. Because Port Wine is a natural product, it is susceptible to deposits. Therefore, care must be taken when serving to avoid clouding.
