Alentejo a jeho hnedé stredomorské pôdy bez vápenca sú pôvodom hrozna pre toto víno. Zbiera sa ručne a dva dni leží v lagare, plytkej otvorenej kadi, ešte pred začiatkom fermentácie.
Nové sudy z francúzskeho duba
Po alkoholovej fermentácii ide víno do nových sudov z francúzskeho duba a zostáva v nich štrnásť mesiacov. Prebehne v nich aj druhá premena, pri ktorej sa ostrejšia kyselina mení na jemnejšiu, a potom už len pomalé zrenie.
Malá séria z ročníka 2020
Naplnilo sa ho 2 500 fliaš. Otvoriť ho môžete pokojne dnes, a kto ho v pivnici nechá ležať, dostane o niekoľko rokov iné víno.

Quinta da Plansel
The Quinta da Plansel is located in northern Alentejo, in Montemor-o-Novo, about 100km east of Lisbon. The winery is managed by Dorina Lindemann-Böhm, who followed her father, the well-known wine researcher Jorge Böhm, to Portugal after completing her oenology studies.
Today, Dorina Lindemann-Böhm's team cultivates the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties, originally from northern Portugal, with great success. The Dorina Lindemann Limited Edition is an irresistible temptation: the incomparable taste experience of this red wine includes red and dark fruits, floral aromas and a hint of dark chocolate.
