Nočný zber je pri tomto víne prvý krok: hrozno sa oberá po zotmení a potom pätnásť dní pomaly fermentuje v sudoch, do ktorých sa vojde 200 kg hrozna.

Po fermentácii víno dozrieva dvadsaťštyri mesiacov v sudoch z francúzskeho duba. Hrozno pochádza z viníc na hnedých stredomorských pôdach bez vápenca.

Quinta da Plansel
The Quinta da Plansel is located in northern Alentejo, in Montemor-o-Novo, about 100km east of Lisbon. The winery is managed by Dorina Lindemann-Böhm, who followed her father, the well-known wine researcher Jorge Böhm, to Portugal after completing her oenology studies.
Today, Dorina Lindemann-Böhm's team cultivates the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties, originally from northern Portugal, with great success. The Dorina Lindemann Limited Edition is an irresistible temptation: the incomparable taste experience of this red wine includes red and dark fruits, floral aromas and a hint of dark chocolate.
