Alentejo a jeho hnedé stredomorské pôdy bez vápenca. Práve z nich pochádza hrozno pre toto biele víno ročníka 2022.
Štyri týždne v chlade
Mušt fermentuje v malých nerezových tankoch pri 14 °C, a to takmer mesiac. Pomalé kvasenie pri nízkej teplote drží vo víne kvetinové a citrusové arómy. Po fermentácii sa víno filtruje a biologicky stabilizuje.
Od začiatku do konca v nereze
Do fľaše ide priamo z nerezu, kde odpočíva pri 8 °C, a pred plnením prechádza membránovou filtráciou. Drevo mu nikde nevstúpi do cesty, takže v pohári ostávajú zelené jablká, citrusy a žlté ovocie so sviežou kyselinou.

Quinta da Plansel
The Quinta da Plansel is located in northern Alentejo, in Montemor-o-Novo, about 100km east of Lisbon. The winery is managed by Dorina Lindemann-Böhm, who followed her father, the well-known wine researcher Jorge Böhm, to Portugal after completing her oenology studies.
Today, Dorina Lindemann-Böhm's team cultivates the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties, originally from northern Portugal, with great success. The Dorina Lindemann Limited Edition is an irresistible temptation: the incomparable taste experience of this red wine includes red and dark fruits, floral aromas and a hint of dark chocolate.
