The vineyards of Quinta Das Tecedeiras are located in the prestigious São João da Pesqueira area on the Douro’s left bank. This quinta got its name from the "weavers” - nuns who in centuries past would weave linen from the estate’s flowers.  

The grapes that give body to iconic Tecedeiras wines, are manually collected from steep terraces and valleys of the vineyard. This brand offers everything from Tawny, LBV and Vintage unfiltered, to whites and still reds. Complexity, power and elegance are a distinctive sign of their wines.
