Tonik a plátok jablka, k tomu kocky ľadu. Gin z čerstvých jabĺk Bravo de Esmolfe s vanilkovým dozvukom.
Jablká Bravo de Esmolfe stoja na začiatku tohto ginu: základom je destilát z čerstvých plodov tejto portugalskej odrody. Popri borievke sa v pohári ozve pomarančová kôra, v pozadí klinčeky a semienka koriandra.
Každá rastlina zvlášť
Botanicals sa nedestilujú spolu, ale jeden po druhom. Až potom sa upraví obsah alkoholu a jednotlivé destiláty sa zmiešajú do finálnej podoby. Po destilácii ešte nasleduje lúhovanie so škoricou a vanilkou, ktoré ginu pridá sladkastý tón.

Sharish Gin Original is a smooth, uniquely aromatic drink, dominated by citrus flavors—from orange peel—with the soft sweetness of Esmolfe wild apple and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper. The subtler notes of this gin come from cloves and coriander seeds, and, at the end of the tasting, the slight spiciness of lemon verbena is noticeable.

The story of the Sharish Gin is as authentic as its creator - António Cuco. During a period of unemployment and thanks to an incredible capacity for entrepreneurship, António Cuco went from a simple connoisseur of the Gin drink to a true “flavor alchemist”, being able to create an emblematic and internationally recognized brand.
As an inspiration, António Cuco went to recover the scents and flavors of his childhood, such as the Bravo de Esmolfe apple, which his great-grandmother gave him to eat at the fair in Borba, and the lemon-lime, an aroma that reminded him of the tea that S. Manços' grandmother prepared at lunchtime.
The uniqueness of Sharish Gin comes from the use of fresh local products, traditional Portuguese stills and a slow distillation process that favors quality.
