Modrý v pohári, s tonikom, ľadom a plátkom citróna na terase. Ovocný gin z portugalských jahôd a malín, ľahko pitný.
Dve samostatné destilácie stoja za týmto ginom. Čerstvé jahody a maliny sa destilujú zvlášť, zvyšné byliny zvlášť, a obe zmesi sa spájajú až potom. Ovocie je celé portugalské.

Popri borievke sú v recepte koriandrové semienko, sladké drievko, koreň angeliky, zázvor, kardamóm a škorica, k tomu citrónová kôra z Alenteja. Vedľa jahôd a malín preto v pohári stojí korenistý a citrusový základ, ktorý gin drží suchý.

The story of the Sharish Gin is as authentic as its creator - António Cuco. During a period of unemployment and thanks to an incredible capacity for entrepreneurship, António Cuco went from a simple connoisseur of the Gin drink to a true “flavor alchemist”, being able to create an emblematic and internationally recognized brand.
As an inspiration, António Cuco went to recover the scents and flavors of his childhood, such as the Bravo de Esmolfe apple, which his great-grandmother gave him to eat at the fair in Borba, and the lemon-lime, an aroma that reminded him of the tea that S. Manços' grandmother prepared at lunchtime.
The uniqueness of Sharish Gin comes from the use of fresh local products, traditional Portuguese stills and a slow distillation process that favors quality.
