Zmes viac ako 25 rôznych tradičných odrôd viniča oblasti Douro, prevažne Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz a Tinta Barroca, ale aj Rufete, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Francisca, Sousão a mnohých ďalších zo starých viníc Vinhas Velhas a novších plantáží Quinta Vale D. Maria.

Aroma

Cherries, blackberries, raspberries, wildflowers such as rock rose, and dark chocolate are intense and full of layers, from fresh fruit to more dense and mature fruit.

Taste

Concentrated, with a lot of fruit on the palate, rounded tannins and great volume, which lingers with a particular elegance.

Food pairing

Pairs beautifully with high-end patisserie chocolates, bitter cocoa tart with black cherries, or caramelized fig parfait. It's also excellent with foie gras and Port wine reductions or premium cheeses, such as Roquefort Papillon Noir, highlighting its sophistication and structure.
