Seafood! Given the good acidity and rich and creamy flavors, this wine can be served with dishes that contain some fat and more complex flavors. Cured ham from Black Iberian pig, croquettes, seafood, and oysters with more elaborate vinaigrettes taste (such as mignonette sauce).
