Aroma
Very intense, mature fruits such as red currant and plums.
Taste
There’s some spicy taste and easily we can feel the aroma mineral from the variety Touriga Nacional. Taste is very structured, still very young with red fruits and tannins that show a great aging potential. Even though it is a young LBV it starts to show some complexity.
Food pairing
Main course: steak with pepper sauce, roast beef, game dishes. Dessert: cheesecake, cake, or chocolate mousse.
