Alicante Bouschet je odroda s červenou dužinou, nie iba s farbivom v šupke, a v pohári to vidno na prvý pohľad: granátová farba je taká sýta, že víno je takmer nepriehľadné. Rastie na hnedých stredomorských pôdach bez vápenca.
Chladná noc a nové sudy
Hrozno sa cez noc chladí a fermentuje dvanásť dní. Potom víno zreje ešte šesť mesiacov v nových francúzskych sudoch, ktoré mu k čiernemu ovociu pridajú tóny kakaa. Naplnilo sa ho 6 000 fliaš.

Quinta da Plansel
The Quinta da Plansel is located in northern Alentejo, in Montemor-o-Novo, about 100km east of Lisbon. The winery is managed by Dorina Lindemann-Böhm, who followed her father, the well-known wine researcher Jorge Böhm, to Portugal after completing her oenology studies.
Today, Dorina Lindemann-Böhm's team cultivates the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties, originally from northern Portugal, with great success. The Dorina Lindemann Limited Edition is an irresistible temptation: the incomparable taste experience of this red wine includes red and dark fruits, floral aromas and a hint of dark chocolate.
