Oscar's Tinto z ročníka 2021 vzniká z organicky pestovaného hrozna z vinice Quinta da Trovisca, ktoré sa oberá ručne. Zima bola daždivá, jar aj leto mierne a hrozno prišlo do pivnice začiatkom októbra so zdravou kyselinou aj zrelými šupkami.
Dve nádoby, jedno víno
Časť vína zreje v sudoch z francúzskeho duba, časť v nerezových tankoch. Nerez drží ovocie čerstvé, drevo pridá štruktúru. Po zmiešaní vznikne víno, ktoré netreba odkladať a chutí už dnes.

Quevedo
Quevedo is part of a new generation of small family wineries based in the Douro region. Although the company was only founded as recently as 1993, the Quevedo family carries a heritage of more than five generations in viticulture and the art of Port Wine production.
São João da Pesqueira, in the enchanting Douro region, is the home of the Quevedo winery. The cellar, located by the Senhora do Rosário vineyard, not only ensures the freshest grapes but it also offers a breathtaking landscape.
