Biele z Doura na bežný večer
Ku piatkovej večeri s cestovinami alebo pečenou rybou, bez veľkého rozmýšľania.
Viosinho, Rabigato a Gouveio v takmer rovnakom pomere tvoria toto biele z Doura, ročník 2023. Hrozno sa lisovalo v celých strapcoch, teda aj so stopkami, a mušt potom fermentoval s vybranými kvasinkami.
Štyri mesiace na kaloch
Víno ostalo až do fľašovania v nerezovej nádrži, kde ho vinári štyri mesiace pravidelne premiešavali s jemnými kalmi, teda s kvasinkami, ktoré po kvasení zostanú vo víne. Odtiaľ pochádza jemný tón maslových sušienok, ktorý sa v chuti stretáva s citrusmi. Drevo víno nikdy nevidelo, takže ovocie ostáva vpredu.
Teplý a mokrý rok
Rok 2023 bol v Doure nadpriemerne teplý a štedrý na dážď, ktorý neprestal ani počas zberu. Napriek tomu si víno udržalo výraznú kyselinu, ktorá mu dáva sviežosť a krátky, čistý záver.

Quevedo
Quevedo is part of a new generation of small family wineries based in the Douro region. Although the company was only founded as recently as 1993, the Quevedo family carries a heritage of more than five generations in viticulture and the art of Port Wine production.
São João da Pesqueira, in the enchanting Douro region, is the home of the Quevedo winery. The cellar, located by the Senhora do Rosário vineyard, not only ensures the freshest grapes but it also offers a breathtaking landscape.
