Cez týždeň si nalejete pohár k rybám, morským plodom, bielemu mäsu aj šalátom.
Biele Douro z ročníka 2022 vzniká celé v nereze. Hrozno sa lisuje v pneumatickom lise, kde sa mušt takmer nedostane do kontaktu so vzduchom, a potom fermentuje v nerezových tankoch s riadenou teplotou.
Zrenie bez dreva
V nereze víno aj dozrieva. Sud by mu pridal orieškové a karamelové tóny, tu by ale prekryli citrusy, biele kvety a minerálny ťah, na ktorých toto víno stojí.

Martha's
Martha's Wines is a company owned by the Portuguese Marta family; a family with a long history devoted to Port wine production in the Douro region. Their oldest vineyard belongs to the family since 1727. Originally the grapes were sold to other wine producers – but since six generations the Marta’s produce their own exquisite Port wines.
The current generations started expanding the family business internationally, but the production process from growing the grapes to bottling is still done within the family.
