Na nedeľný obed sadne lepšie víno k červenému mäsu, zverine, pečienkam z pece na drevo aj syrom.
Žulový lagar je plytká otvorená kaď, v ktorej sa hrozno šliape nohami. Mušt v nej krátko leží na šupkách a naberá z nich farbu.
Veľké sudy z francúzskeho duba
Potom prichádza dvanásť mesiacov v sudoch z francúzskeho duba s objemom okolo 500 litrov, ktoré sú už po druhom a treťom naplnení. Drevo je vyzreté a chuťovo neutrálne, jeho úlohou je už len pomalý prístup vzduchu. V pohári preto ostáva ovocie a drevo sa ozve nanajvýš ako jemný náznak v pozadí.

On the nose, very fresh and intense with notes of black wild fruits, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance. The subtle notes of wood, fine-tune and add complexity to its aroma.
Taste
Well structured wine in the mouth, with firm tannins, well wrapped by the fruit, and smooth texture. Persistent and elegant finish.
Podávanie
It preferably accompanies dishes of intense flavor such as red meats, game, wood oven roasts and cheeses. Serve at 17°C - 18°C.

Martha's
Martha's Wines is a company owned by the Portuguese Marta family; a family with a long history devoted to Port wine production in the Douro region. Their oldest vineyard belongs to the family since 1727. Originally the grapes were sold to other wine producers – but since six generations the Marta’s produce their own exquisite Port wines.
The current generations started expanding the family business internationally, but the production process from growing the grapes to bottling is still done within the family.
