Located in Valença do Douro, in the heart of the Douro region, more specifically in the sub-region of Cima Corgo, Quinta do Pégo has a privileged location over the Douro River, near the mouth of the Távora river, making it one of the estates with one of the most beautiful and emblematic landscapes of the region. 

According to several historical documents, Quinta do Pégo has been producing wine since before 1548. It stands out for producing some of the best Douro and Port wines, with recognition and several national and international awards.
