Palácio da Brejoeira is the producer with the most history and tradition in the production of wines from Alvarinho variety.

Quinta da Brejoeira is located in Monção and it's a property with 18 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with the Alvarinho grape. The ex-libris of the farm and the region is its palace, a grandiose construction in neoclassical style, from the end of the 19th century (1806). D. Hermínia Paes presided over this magnificent property and was the great driver of its success. In 1974, she ordered the construction of a wine cellar and two years later, in 1976, her dream was realized: the Palácio da Brejoeira Alvarinho was launched.
