Taste

In the mouth, the smoothness characteristic of wines aged in casks is already noticeable. With outstanding organoleptic characteristics, particularly in the structure and aromatic and gustatory balance, this wine has the character of the Transmontano terroir.

Podávanie

This wine is an excellent aperitif served at around 14ºC or a great accompaniment to sweet desserts such as cakes and chocolates, but also more intense desserts such as dried fruits, candied fruits and some cheeses.
