Taste

In the mouth it is very intense, smooth and enveloping.

Podávanie

It goes very well with some dishes from Trás-os-Montes cuisine, especially the more intense ones such as Maronesa steak, Bísaro pork smoked meat, game alheiras, oven-roasted lamb, lamb chops, buttery cheeses, but also with stewed pumpkin, ravioli or gnocchi with cheeses.
