This wine demonstrates the behavior of the grape variety when it is subjected to the terroir of a higher, colder and drier Beira Interior. We get floral notes of violets, fine wild fruit, silky tannins and a very fresh and elegant finish. We let it express itself without any hint of ageing in oak.

Podávanie

Red meats (grilled entrecôte or steak on the stone, oven-roasted lamb, roast beef), game meats (braised wild boar, hunting partridge, rabbit with herbs and red wine), pasta and risottos. Vegetarian (eggplant parmigiana, spiced lentil stew, roasted peppers stuffed with rice and cheese).
