Oscar's Tinto 2021 je červené víno z Doura, v ktorom vedie Touriga Franca a dopĺňajú ju Tinta Roriz a Touriga Nacional. Mušt pred kvasením krátko leží na šupkách, aby z nich nabral arómy, a fermentuje pri nízkej teplote.
Pol roka v nereze a v starom dreve
Väčšina vína zreje šesť mesiacov v nereze, zvyšok v starých päťstolitrových sudoch z francúzskeho duba. Drevo je vyzreté a chuťovo neutrálne, takže ovocie ostáva vpredu a v pohári z neho cítiť len náznak. Triesloviny sú zatiaľ trochu drsnejšie a po pár rokoch vo fľaši zmäknú.
Vinice bez zavlažovania
Vinice sa obhospodarujú udržateľne a bez zavlažovania. Rok bol mimoriadne teplý vo všetkých ročných obdobiach, zrážok však prišlo dosť, takže hrozno dozrelo rýchlo a v dobrej kondícii. Oberalo sa už v auguste a zber bol krátky.

Quevedo
Quevedo is part of a new generation of small family wineries based in the Douro region. Although the company was only founded as recently as 1993, the Quevedo family carries a heritage of more than five generations in viticulture and the art of Port Wine production.
São João da Pesqueira, in the enchanting Douro region, is the home of the Quevedo winery. The cellar, located by the Senhora do Rosário vineyard, not only ensures the freshest grapes but it also offers a breathtaking landscape.
