K doske syrov po večeri: pevné triesloviny a korenistý tón držia krok so syrom s modrou plesňou aj s orechovým dezertom.
Colheita 2003 pochádza z horúceho a suchého roka, ktorý viniču ubral: bobule zostali menšie a úroda nižšia, o to koncentrovanejšie však hrozno bolo. Vysoký obsah alkoholu je priamym následkom toho leta.
Dub a gaštan vedľa seba
Mušt fermentoval v nerezových kadiach a víno potom zrelo dvoma cestami. Časť v malých dubových sudoch s objemom 250 litrov, časť vo väčších sudoch z gaštanového dreva. Colheita musí v dreve zrieť najmenej sedem rokov a plní sa podľa potreby, takže v sude môže stráviť aj oveľa dlhšie; rok fľašovania nájdete na etikete.
Ako sa pije
Chuť sa v strede stiahne, drží ju štruktúra trieslovín a záver sa vracia ku kandizovanému ovociu. Otvorte ho k dezertu alebo po večeri namiesto neho.
