Claudia's Branco 2022 je zmes siedmich bielych odrôd, ktorá sa každý rok skladá inak. Výrobca hrozno zbiera z vlastných aj susedných viníc a namiesto pevnej receptúry berie to, čo dá príroda v danom roku.
Sedem mesiacov v sude
Hrozno sa jemne vylisovalo a mušt potom pomaly fermentoval priamo v sudoch. Víno v nich ostáva sedem mesiacov a raz týždenne sa v ňom premiešavajú kaly, teda kvasinky, ktoré po kvasení zostanú vo víne. Odtiaľ má chuť maslovú plnosť a tón briošky.
Horúci rok 2022
Zima bola teplá a suchá, jar aj leto nezvyčajne horúce. Až dážď a ochladenie na začiatku septembra pomohli hroznu dozrieť po vyčerpávajúcom lete. V tomto ročníku je preto víno bohatšie a výraznejšie než po iné roky, keď z neho býva skôr ovocný typ.

Quevedo
Quevedo is part of a new generation of small family wineries based in the Douro region. Although the company was only founded as recently as 1993, the Quevedo family carries a heritage of more than five generations in viticulture and the art of Port Wine production.
São João da Pesqueira, in the enchanting Douro region, is the home of the Quevedo winery. The cellar, located by the Senhora do Rosário vineyard, not only ensures the freshest grapes but it also offers a breathtaking landscape.
