Taste
It’s all about those green notes, framed by the signature unripe banana. The black peppercorn is still there, alongside a sea salt quality. A textbook unaged cane juice rum. Finish is crisp, powerful and vegetal-led.

The O Reizinho Distillery was officially registered in 2013 on Madeira Island, but the Ferreira family had already been producing their "aguardente de cana" (cane brandy) for several generations, for themselves and for some friends.
Their traditional method remains unchanged. Sugar is sourced from local farmers, who grow 6 varieties of sugar cane found on the small plots of land on this mountainous island. They produce agricultural rum made from pure cane juice, which comes out of their traditional Portuguese still.
