Aroma

On the nose a good concentration of aromas, especially of dried fruits and caramel, toffee and hints of herbs.

Taste

On the palate the acidity blends well with the plentiful flavors of salted caramel and spiced honey. Smooth and rich, with walnuts, a touch of vanilla and some red fruit preserves. Perfectly balanced and fresh finish.

Podávanie

Perfect as an aperitif or dessert. It can be enjoyed on its own at almost any time of the day. Egg and nut desserts go perfectly with it. Abade de Priscos Pudding.
