Douro na bežný večer
Bez veľkého plánovania si nalejete pohár k grilovanému mäsu, cestovinám, duseným pokrmom, pizze aj ľahším syrom.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca a Tinta Roriz, tri klasické odrody Doura, tvoria zmes, ktorá stavia na ovocí a na jemných trieslovinách. Pri 13 % alkoholu ide o víno, ktoré sa pije ľahko a nezaťaží.
Kvasenie v nereze
Mušt fermentuje v nerezových kadiach s riadenou teplotou a krátko leží na šupkách, aby z nich nabral farbu. Potom prejde druhou premenou, pri ktorej sa ostrejšia kyselina mení na jemnejšiu, takže chuť je mäkšia.
Pite ho teraz
Výrobca odporúča vypiť ho hneď alebo v priebehu najbližších dvoch až troch rokov. Je to víno na každodenný stôl, nie na pivnicu.

Martha's
Martha's Wines is a company owned by the Portuguese Marta family; a family with a long history devoted to Port wine production in the Douro region. Their oldest vineyard belongs to the family since 1727. Originally the grapes were sold to other wine producers – but since six generations the Marta’s produce their own exquisite Port wines.
The current generations started expanding the family business internationally, but the production process from growing the grapes to bottling is still done within the family.
