Hodinu do karafy a je pripravené. Roky čakania ako Vintage nepotrebuje. K horkej čokoláde alebo k vyzretému syru.
Rok 2017 bol v Doure druhý najsuchší v histórii meraní a najhorúcejší za štyri desaťročia. Na Quinta dos Malvedos sa začalo oberať už koncom augusta a celý zber sa skončil do polovice septembra, keď sa v bežnom roku ešte len začína.
Menej hrozna, hustejšie víno
Úroda bola o tretinu menšia než rok predtým a z mála bobúľ vzniklo víno husté a koncentrované, ktoré drží pohromade živá kyselina. Kvalita bola taká, že Graham's z tohto ročníka vyhlásil aj klasický Vintage. Hrozno pochádza zo štyroch viníc, popri Malvedos a Quinta do Tua prispeli aj Vila Velha a Vale de Malhadas.
Päť rokov v dreve
LBV je skratka pre neskoro fľašované ročníkové portské, ktoré na rozdiel od klasického Vintage ide do fľaše až po niekoľkých rokoch v dreve. Toto zrelo päť rokov v pivnici Graham's 1890 a do fľaše išlo pripravené na pitie, takže ho môžete otvoriť hneď.

Aroma
Has a lovely honeysuckle fragrance as well as hints of mint, which is often present in Graham’s wines. In the background, there are also some attractive, bright tropical fruit notes.
Taste
On the palate offers sumptuous ripe black fruit flavours combined with hints of kirsch. The fine-grained tannins give the wine balance and structure, whilst good acidity underscores the wine’s freshness.
Podávanie
Can be enjoyed anytime and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses like Cheddar and Manchego.

Founded in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham, Graham’s Port quickly became known as a producer of exceptional ports. Today, the grapes are sourced from four properties: Quinta dos Malvedos, Quinta do Tua, Quinta da Vila Velha and Quinta do Vale de Malhadas. Each brings its own unique characteristics to their wines.
