Darček z regiónu Lisboa, pri ktorom netreba riešiť ročník
K výročiu alebo narodeninám sa táto fľaša hodí, chutí k výdatným mäsovým jedlám, veľkej zverine a syrom s výraznou chuťou, aj tým s modrou plesňou, ale aj samo.
Ročník 2018 vznikol celý v nereze. Hrozno sa úplne odstopkuje a mušt potom fermentuje a leží na šupkách pri riadenej teplote, takže si víno udrží ovocie aj tmavú farbu.
Krátko v dreve
Po fermentácii ešte krátko odležalo v sudoch. Drevo ho zaoblí a uhladí, ale ovocie a korenistosť neprekryje. Otvoriť ho môžete pokojne dnes, a kto ho odloží do pivnice, môže mu dopriať aj desať rokov.

Brutalis
BRUTALIS represents a more detached and independent winemaking philosophy. It is a tough wine, which does not want to please everyone and which does not use added sugar. Only released in years of very high quality, this red is an excellent partner for spicy red meat and game dishes, spicy oriental cuisine and intensely flavored cheeses.
Several times awarded in national and international competitions, it received gold medals at the Challenge Internacional du Vin, France, for the 2013 harvest and at the Internacional Awards Viturs, Spain, for the 2015 harvest.
